The Camp

This camp is located in a beautiful, outdoor setting right here in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado providing the children a chance to have an incredible camp experience that they’ll cherish the rest of their lives.

Recreation Program
Our Active Recreation Program includes swimming, boating, fishing, archery, rock climbing and other outdoor activities to help strengthen our campers’ bodies and help them release excess energy. Our coaching staff trains children to play cooperatively.

Arts Program
Our Arts Program includes painting, crafts, jewelry making and other artistic activities designed to help the children express their creativity through many kinds of media. Process, not product, is the focus. Using the arts as a healing agent is also a very powerful part of RFKC. Through our arts program, children can effectively express their pain, losses and hopes for a better future.

“Everybody’s Birthday Party”
Our “Everybody’s Birthday Party” provides gifts for every child. Because many children in state custody never have a birthday celebration.
